These Terms of Service govern use of the Ortusea online store operated by Hong Kong Chuhai Zhenxuan Technology Co., Limited. By visiting the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced on the site.

Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days and is not guaranteed. Returns and refunds are governed by the published Return and Refund Policy. Privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
